Biomass grate furnace:
Fuel-flexible grate furnace with 170 kW-fuel power and low emissions thanks to multi-stage combustion and particle separation.
A wide range of biomass fuels can be used:

✓ Particle size up to G60
Steam generator:
✓ Patented, innovative boilerless steam generator with a steam power of approx.160 kW
✓ No steam boiler operator or additional training for the operator required thanks to the special design
✓ Low-maintenance operation thanks to separation of combustion and power generation via steam cycle with high overall efficiency of up to 90 %
Micro steam turbine & heat utilisation:
✓ Conversion of superheated steam into electricity in a highly efficient microturbine generator unit with an electrical output of 21 kW
✓ Supplying around 130 kW of heat for use as process heat or for heating purposes
